  You inspected a two storey Queenslander and REFUSED to report because the structure was higher than your 3.6metre ladder! Why did you take this job on and invoice for your attendance and a so called "full report" to waste my money? Why would you not state this BEFORE you attended? I am disgusted! The matter will not rest here.....

  Inspect My Home arrived at a property that I am in the process of purchasing and I was only expecting to see one person as this is all I have had in the past but on this occasion there were two inspectors, one for the building and the other for pest.
